Our vegan pumpkin curry croquettes are NOT suitable for coeliacs, as they contain wheat flour. At the same time, we would like to inform you that these gourmet vegan croquettes do NOT contain egg or animal products.
To fry them you can do 2 things:
Oil fryer: heat the oil to 190º or so in the fryer (or frying pan with plenty of oil) and dip the croquettes in it until they are completely covered. Let them fry for 1 minute or until golden brown without moving the fryer or frying pan, to prevent them from splitting open.
Oven: place the croquettes on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 230º for 8 minutes.
Air fryer: place the croquettes in the basket and set to 200º for 8 minutes.
